Criminal Defense 30%

Unlike many attorneys, I only take criminal cases. I only show 30% because Criminal Defense is very broad and I wanted to highlight the specific cases I fight.

30%
Drug Crime 20%

Drug offenses often arise out of illegal arrests and searches that are unsupported by probable cause. I've filed countless motions to suppress in federal and state courts that have convinced judges to throw out all evidence against my clients.

20%
Sex Crime 20%

"Sex Crimes" encompass a wide range of cases that include sexual assault, child pornography, and luring minors. As an experienced attorney, I have the legal knowledge required to navigate these complex cases and secure favorable results.

20%
Violent Crime 20%

The penalties for violent crimes are stiff and convictions will almost always carry substantial jail time. If you are accused of committing a violent crime, you need an experienced attorney who will fight your case and secure your freedom.

20%
Expungement 10%

If you were previously arrested or convicted of a crime, an experienced criminal defense attorney can help remove those charges and seal your record from public view. Specific legal knowledge is needed to clean your record on the first try.

Aggervated Assult, Aggervated battery, Ressisting arrest.

I hired Adam for a criminal matter. I was charged with Aggerated assault and batter on a police officer with resisting arrest. let me start of by saying that when I decided to hire Adam I was in a very lonely place. I had recently paid a different attorney 3,000$ to take the case. The previous attorn...ey had a very well written bio on his website and I fell for it. my previous attorney suggested that I should take an offer from the state of three years in prison and a felony conviction. I then decided to look for a different attorney and came across Adam who took the case despite it being an old case. Instantly I felt the difference of an experienced attorney from a non experienced one. Adam never doubted me when I explained to him that the accusations were false and that I was innocent. He explained to me everything I needed to know about going to trial. Adam and his team made me feel safe and even told me not to worry anymore because that was their job now. Adam proposed to the states attorney that I should be given task probation. At first the State refused to give me tasc probation because of the nature of the charges. At that point I was ready to go to trial because I knew that I was innocent. every time I told Adam that I wanted to go to trial he made sure to let me know that he was ready if that's wat I wanted. After long and hard thinking I decided to not gamble with my life because there is always a risk in trial. Unfortunately innocent people do go to prison. The point I'm making is that Adam will always listen to what you want out of the case. Adam somehow managed to convince the state to give me tasc probation which allows me to have no Felony after completing the program. The charges of aggravated battery and resisting arrest were dropped. I got probation for two years with no prison time. A great outcome and I am happy. If you are looking for a great attorney then I recommend Adam. Don't go for just any attorney just because he is inexpensive. It's not worth it. your future is worth investing in Adam Bolotin. the only thing that I did not like is that Adam never made formal receipts for me when ever I paid him at court. This scared me a little because when your paying that much money you don't want any confusion on what has been paid. however he made sure to let me know that the payments were well documented, and they were. I was never charged more than what we agreed on in the begging. But it was a minor scare. overall Adam was an excellent attorney and you are in great hands if you need him. I asked God for a great attorney and he answered my prayers when he put Adam in my path.

Federal Case

I had contacted Adam to help me with early termination of probation. He was honest with me and told me that because I had restitution still left to pay, that it was going t be hard, but that didn't mean it was impossible. Adam was able to have my probation terminated early. He also worked very hard t...o get my restitution garnishment reduced, but unfortunately the law was on the side of the federal government. He was always available; he answered and explained everything to me. He was always very patient with me. It was truly a pleasure to work with such a professional. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him. Thank you for all your work that you put in.
