M.T. was charged with 3 separate class X felony deliveries to undercover police officers and faced a mandatory minimum sentence of 6-30 years. Unfortunately, the officers were equipped with hidden body ... cameras and things looked grim for M.T.. With no other options, Mr. Bolotin requested a conference with the judge. After thoroughly arguing on behalf of M.T. Mr. Bolotin convinced the judge to sentence M.T. to two years probation.
