Will was a godsend on two issues related to my elderly mother. The first involved providing expert consultation on our options for protecting her assets were to face the need for expensive longterm care in a nursing home. He spent 90 minutes with us at no charge, explaining clearly and concisely wh...at our choices were and what the relative merits/demerits were to each. He saved me hours of web searching that almost certainly would have resulted in a flawed understanding. Instead, I was clear and new exactly what next steps should be. As it turned out, we didn't retain Will to take those steps because we unexpectedly took advantage of an opportunity to move my mother closer to my sister in New Jersey. We turned to Will to serve as our real estate attorney and he brought the same level of competence, attention to detail, and client support to this task. He made the entire process effortless. I can't recommend him highly enough for either elder care issues or real estate matters. Were my mother still in New York, he'd be our go-to guy. I can't imagine anyone more competent, more reasonable in terms of expense, or more pleasant to deal with.
