He saved me hours of web searching that almost certainly would have resulted in a flawed understanding. Instead, I was clear and new exactly what next steps should be. As it turned out, we didn't retain Will to take those steps because we unexpectedly took advantage of an opportunity to move my mother closer to my sister in New Jersey.
