lack of communication between lawyer & client..........paralegals are left to act as attorney........attorney acts as a snob & was an insult to our intelligence. we filed for chapter 7, with a loan modification & we still haven't gotten any word in regards to the progress of such activity, as a matt...er of fact, as of today the bank states that nothing was submitted to them. I still have not received any communication from this lawyers office regarding any progress (if any) being made.
