Good Attorney
We are working with Peter for the last 15 years or more, tenants related issues ( 17 family building). After we switched from the previous Attorney, we never looked back. Fast to respond, serves tenants quickly, no mistakes. Affordable too. Would definitely recommend.

Go to someone else
He does not follow-up at all, is slow with getting things done, doesn't respond to emails, doesn't advocate for you, is untrustworthy (at one point he said he has signed executed contracts and just needed to forward them to me...the contracts were not signed by the other party) and he is very rude.

Awful Attorney
He does not contact you in a timely manner and does not answer questions from opposing sides. Does not keep you informed on status. Had to constanly rely on brokers attorney to let me know status on contracts because Mr. Piddoubny couldnt be bothered to answer. Had to switch attorneys mid way bec...
