Dominic Anthony Errichiello

Mr. Errichiello represented me on a felony D.W.I. in Nassau. Man, is that place tough. Not only is the D.A.'s office really trying to jam you up, also the Judge, the clerk, and even the Court reporter seem like they are against you. Suffice to say, the offer from the D.A.'s office was ridiculous.... After some Court appearances, motions, hearings and other litigation, it was time for trial. He was the worst lawyer ive ever had. Not only is he unprofessional but he doesnt know what he is doing. I hired a better lawyer that handle my case in two days after i no longer had Dominic represent after it was taking him over 6 months and he hadnt done nothing with my case. One day the judge even... kicked him out the court room and he refused to come back because the judge told him he needed to study the laws more. What a shame.
