Dominic Anthony Errichiello

Mr. Errichiello represented me on some serious charges in Suffolk County. He was always accessible, prepared, and courteous. He seemed to know everyone in both Central Islip and then in Riverhead. He gives it to you straight….he is very frank and ‘up-front’. He had an answer to every question I ...asked, ir my family asked. Mr. Errichiello represented me on a felony D.W.I. in Nassau. Man, is that place tough. Not only is the D.A.'s office really trying to jam you up, also the Judge, the clerk, and even the Court reporter seem like they are against you. Suffice to say, the offer from the D.A.'s office was ridiculous.... After some Court appearances, motions, hearings and other litigation, it was time for trial. Mr. Errichiello represented me on a rape case in Manhattan. He started the representation pre-arrest after the detective had contacted me. We met in his office on multiple occasions where he mapped out a strategy that covered from the voluntary surrender all the way through to the eventual trial. ... Every part of the strategy was though out and very intuitive. He worked out a voluntary surrender with the detective, which led in turn to very reasonable bail being set, which I posted. Mr. Errichiello helped me out a few times with criminal cases. I had an Assault, 2nd degree felony in Queens charge back in 2012. Mr. Errichiello was very up-front in explaining my options and the strategies we would employ. He was always available to answer my questions, and he gave me some fanta...stic advice.
