Jamie Heiberger Harrison

I have worked with (literally) hundreds of lawyers, around the world, for over 20 years. Jamie Heiberger is hands down the least professional and poorly informed lawyer I have ever encountered. No hyperbole. In drafting a partnership agreement (which was supposed to be an operating agreement sinc...e we were using an LLC. Mistake #1), Jamie took a stock partnership agreement (no problem there) and literally (no exaggeration) copied and pasted shorthand tidbits from an email chain into the agreement as definitive language for negotiated parts of the agreement. When I asked her to expand the language and flush out the issues, she sent an email saying that she couldnt handle my condescending and "know-it-all" attitude and that (with 2 days to go before contract signing) she was dropping the project. All of this having only spoken to her twice for 2 minutes and sending three or four emails (including the one asking her to expand the language and one asking her to send our money back).
