Practice areas
When financial circumstances puts property at risk, protecting the home or other property from foreclosure becomes on of the most important legal concerns an owner can have.
For homeowners and commercial investors alike, real property transactions represent significant investments of time, money and resources.
The roles of a landlord and tenant are very different, but both depend on each other. Disputes over rental agreements can arise when language written in the agreement isn't clear and concise.
The firm has represented hundreds of clients as a real estate attorney in the purchase and sale of their cooperative apartments, condominium apartments and houses.
