Jeffrey R. Neuman

Mr. Neuman is an Associate Attorney with the firm of Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara & Wolf, LLP in the Lake Success, New York office. 

Mr. Neuman focuses on the areas of Nursing Home Litigation and Medicaid. 

Mr. Neuman is responsible for all aspects of the department’s litigation functions including conducting trials, inquests and depositions, attending court conferences, oral arguments, hearings and mediations/arbitrations, preparation of pleadings, discovery and motions and participating in settlement negotiations. Mr. Neuman is also responsible for conducting Medicaid Fair Hearings.

Mr. Neuman is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars, and is a member of the New York State and New York City Bar Associations.  He earned his law degree at Hofstra University School of Law and graduated cum laude.  While attending law school, Jeffrey interned at the Hofstra Law School Community and Economic Development Clinic, working with local non-profit organizations. 

Mr. Neuman met his wife, Lana, during his undergraduate at Hofstra University. Lana is a middle school science teacher in Queens, where the couple resides with their daughter. He is an avid golfer and enjoys following New York’s professional sports teams.
