As the Director of the Audit and Insurance Division, I represent physicians who are the subject of abusive insurance carrier reviews and post-payment audits to establish the propriety of their coding, billing and documentation procedures. Additionally, I fight for the health care rights of individuals who have been denied coverage for appropriate and necessary medical care and treatment

As a senior trial partner in the medical malpractice division, my focus is on evaluating, assessing and defending physicians against claims of malpractice and allegations of unprofessional medical conduct whether levied by a regulatory agency or body, such as the NYS Dept. of Health - Office of Professional Medical Conduct, or levied by a private institution or individual.

I have over twenty (20) years of experience litigating Health Law, Contract and Personal Injury matters in the Federal and State Courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.
