Mark F. Brancato did NOTHING FOR ME IN A SLAM DUNK UNCONTESTED CONTEMPT MATTER. HE DOES NOT FILE PAPER WORK, HE DOES NOT INFORM. HE DOES NOT RESPOND. Mark lies, lies, then he lies. Don't Fret, because the silver lining is, after that he will lie again and again. Stalls, delays, and does not foll...ow even if a Judge Court Orders in his favor. Does not follow through. Lazy, unprepared, sloppy, and a danger if you have serious matters to resolve. Marks song is tanning, getting pedicures, and showing up unprepared. When all else fails, he will blame his client for his own short comings as there are many. Whatever you do, do not let him tell you you don't need to appear. This is his modus operandi. Mark will act as if he has power of Attorney, and work both sides of the fence. He is a snake. One of his trademarks is throwing each party under the bus with a charming simile. For those who may innocently embark on a dead end journey with Mark in the future, you will be able to read him like a book. Watch him like a hawk, check his work. Follow up with everything. If you stand on his shoulders, you have a teeny tiny glimpse of hope. I reviewed all of my documents in the County Center, and I promise you all of the above can be proven beyond the shadow of a doubt. I am relieving him of his duties as we speak. He represented me on a simple straight forward Contempt matter in my favor as a Plaintiff, I have a handicap, and should have been before magistrate within 30 days. It has been 15 months, and still not one thing accomplished.

I hired Mark for my divorce over 4 years ago. He was full of promises when you first start but none came true. I got screwed in every way as if I had no lawyer. At trial, he did not listen to any of the notes that I had for rebuttals of my spouse. At the end, he only responds with emails with for...mal letters.
