About Jesse
Biography
My background in accounting and finance allows me to view transactions from both a legal and business perspective. Prior to joining one of the largest Creditors' Rights and Commercial Litigation firms in New York State, I was an Analyst for one of Japan's largest investment banks in New York City.
I have litigated well over 100 cases and represented some of the largest financial institutions in the country. My specialty is in the analysis and litigaiton of complex commercial contracts. I am also experienced in all aspects of the residential and commercial foreclosure process. I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout my career.
