My background in accounting and finance allows me to view transactions from both a legal and business perspective. Prior to joining one of the largest Creditors' Rights and Commercial Litigation firms in New York State, I was an Analyst for one of Japan's largest investment banks in New York City.
I have litigated well over 100 cases and represented some of the largest financial institutions in the country. My specialty is in the analysis and litigaiton of complex commercial contracts. I am also experienced in all aspects of the residential and commercial foreclosure process. I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants throughout my career.
Feel free to call my office anytime for a free consultation. I am always excited to meet new clients and discuss solutions to their legal issues, regardless of the size or complexity of the case. The Cotter Law Group handles cases on both ends of the spectrum, from small collection matters to highly complex commercial and construction cases.
I look forward to discussing your case!

Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
