Janet Esagoff is an aggressive, efficient and highly competent attorney. I decided to purchase a pre-owned vehicle in March 2020 (the height of the pandemic in NYC) after my previous vehicle (2006 GMC Envoy) was no longer drivable. Approximately 40 days after purchase, the car died on me. After m...ore than 10 trips to the service department of the dealership where the car was purchased, as well as another certified dealership, the car was never fixed.
