When I retained Janet Esagoff, she was off on a vacation abroad. That did not derail her from putting together the Contract of Sale. Each day, she emailed me with updates and answered my questions promptly. After her return, the sale became a roller coaster ride due to dealing with an unreasonable... coop board and a difficult management company. Janet and her staff dealt with my daily hysteria with kindness and sensitivity. Their professionalism went above and beyond.
