In 1988, he earned his Juris Doctor Law Degree from the Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Following his graduation, Bart opened his solo law practice in Great Neck, NY, and began serving clients statewide.

Excellent attorney
Bart was the attorney my husband and I used to buy our house. He did an excellent job advising us, negotiating with the seller's counsel, reviewing title, and was a calming presence during what could have been a very stressful experience.
