I received my first speeding ticket which was a doozy--speeding in a school zone, and 10+ miles over the limit. I was scared of the money, the points on my license, and the possible increase in my insurance. Bart talked me down, and explained the process, then went to court without me (which was grea...t because it happened to be inconvenient geographically for me) and got the ticket reduced. The infraction was less severe as were the penalties. I am very glad that I was referred to Bart from a neighbor.

TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS THAT CARRIED MORE SERIOUS POINTS AND COULDN;T BE PLEAD DOWN TO PARKING VIOLATION, HE WAS ABLE TO PLEA DO...WN TO MINOR MOVING VIOLATIONS. LESS POINTS ONLICENSE AND LESS EFFECT ON AUTO INSURANCE PREMIUM. ALSO MADE A GOOD POINT NOT TO TAKE THE DRIVER'S EDUCATION COURSE OFFERED, TO REDUCE POINTS FOR MINOR VIOLATIONS ON THE LICENSE, TO SAVE IT IF THERE WERE FUTURE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS THAT CARRIED GREATER POINTS (I.E. SPEEDING).
