Steven Thomas Hansen

I hired Mr. Hansen to file a summons and complaint against a contractor for doing unlicensed work in my home which damaged. For six months not one document, letter or E-MAIL left his office. Only upon threat of removing the case from his office was action taken and it was the incorrect action. ... Mr. Hansen failed to notify me of the correct statute of limitations saying that my case had six years. I later learned that it was three years for the negligence portion of my case. Had I continued to let Mr. Hansen handled my case it is clear that in just six months I would have lost the recovery for negligence portion of my case.
