We used Terrance for two real estate transactions. One was a coop purchase for our daughter in Manhattan and the other was for our second home out east. Terrance helped us navigate both deals smoothly and maintained a great attitude the entire time. At first we were a little nervous because of his yo...ung age, but he proved to be a very intelligent and experienced real estate attorney. Both transactions closed quickly and without issue. He even helped the seller’s attorney clear an issue on title so we weren’t delayed. We will definitely be using Terrance again when the time comes.
