I am an attorney, practicing since 1978, having received my law degree from Harvard Law.  I have established a reputation over the past 37 years for expertise in corporate and securities law,  agreements/contracts and partnerships of every type, venture capital work, leveraged buy-outs and other sophisticated corporate and lending transactions and commercial real estate transactions.  Having been trained with prestigious Manhattan law firms, I have represented individuals and businesses of all types and size.     However, unlike the “big firms,”  I try to give my clients personalized, one on one service, with a heart.   Most of my clients consider me to be like an outside “in house counsel.”
