My siblings and I suddenly found ourselves in a heartbreaking situation regarding our late father's estate and his POA's plans that went against his will and intent. Complicating matters was that his assets were no longer under his name, but under his POA due to diminished mental capacity toward the end of his life. We had to act fast, but had no idea of who to hire as an attorney. Ron was found through a google search, and fit the criteria of being an attorney licensed in NY, (we do not live in NY) knowing inside and out, the laws concerning estates, Medicaid, etc. We believe that Ron was perfect for us, breaking down what seemed to be very complicated, to the very simple. Along the way, we were informed of the calls that we could make to save money and other ways to minimize costs. In the end, were avoided litigation and received what Dad willed to us. We are very grateful to have found Ron and I plan to use him to ironclad my own will. Ron gets and A+ from us!!
