Colleen M O'Donnell

A well-balanced and seasoned attorney, Colleen O’Donnell serves her clients both as a skilled negotiator and as a reliable business counselor. Ms. O’Donnell also clerked for the Chief Administrative Judge of the Merit System Protection Board in Boston, Massachusetts.
