I agree with other reviews it is difficult to find a good lawyer. Sometimes dealing with a lawyer is worse than going to the dentist. I am pleased to say I finally found a really good and nice lawyer. Ms. Bergen was recommended by a friend who is a real estate broker. Buying my first house was a li...ttle stressful. But Ms. Berger helped it work out for me without any problems. I asked my friend who can I go to see that will not stress me out. She told me go see attorney Ricki Berger. Ricki Berger is a very good lawyer and a very kind person. I also was feeling stressed out by the home buying process and there was a problem with my mor...tgage loan. Mortgage company lost paper work. My attorney, Ricki Berger fixed all the problems. How she corrected the mortgage company issues amazes me. The real estate closing went fine and I moved into my new townhouse last week. I can't thank you enough for all the help. I know I was uneasy and worried buy you held my hand. I was asked to volunteer a review and to be honest. I looked for a lawyer in New City, NY for a contract legal matter. The problem required a real experienced lawyer. I got into a conversation with friend at the bank and they told me to speak with a lawyer named Ricki Berger from New City. I went t...o see her and liked her. She was very understanding and told me what she could do to help me. It took over a month to correct the legal problem. She was sharp. She is one very smart lawyer. Over the years I've dealt with lawyers in my business. Ricki Berger by far was at the top of the list. She was easy to speak with about the problem and she knew exactly how to make things happen. Even the lawyer representing the other side told me I have a good lawyer. She is respected by the other side. That made me feel very good. Before I went to see her I thought I was in hot water.
