Do not hire
Phyllis was hired to handle my home closing. She failed to attend, and therefore has no clue what transpired. I am still trying to fix what she messed up 7 months ago. She gas now stopped returning my emails. I am left to fight with the bank, title company, village, county and other attorney.

The other review looks fishy
Just wanted to add my 2 cents since that other review looks bogus. This is all my opinion, but... I felt Phyllis Shandler dressed unprofessionally (wrinkled clothing, hair a mess). I remember I had to call a lot to follow up, because their office didn't keep on top of matters. It was for a mort...
