Brittany Ariel Kessler

Ms. Kessler started her career in the legal field years ago, first starting with Civil Litigation. She worked for a large firm that specialized in personal injury, worker's compensation, social security disability, real estate and criminal defense. After graduating from law school, Ms. Kessler decided to focus on her passion, which is criminal defense. 

Ms. Kessler worked for a high volume criminal defense law firm for several years before making the decision to open her own practice. In 2023, Ms. Kessler opened her firm that focuses on criminal defense, handling major felony crimes from Murder in the First Degree, all the way down to traffic infractions throughout the Hudson Valley. Ms. Kessler's courtroom experience includes trials before juries and judges, arguing in the Appellate Division, along with other Civil and Criminal Litigation. Ms. Kessler serves as a mock trial coach, coaching high school students on trial skills. 

Ms. Kessler was born in Staten Island, NY then later moved to Pine Bush, NY where she graduated from Pine Bush High School in 2011. Thereafter, Ms. Kessler attended Law School in Tampa, Florida where she graduated Cum Laude and recieved her Juris Doctor with Honors. During her time in Law School, she was on the Moot Court Trial Team, served as a Moot Court Judge, was a member of Phi Delta Phi, and a was a member of the Appeals Board. 

Ms. Kessler resides in Orange County, NY.
