Great Lawyer

Robert represented me when I filled an immigration petition for my wife and children. He was always there for me whenever I had questions. The process was smooth and he put my mind at ease. I recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with bringing their family to the US.

The BEST attorney I have EVER had!

I've had a number of attorneys in my life. All were incredibly busy (or acted that way) and made me feel as though they were focused on billable hours more than me. All I wanted to do was get off the phone with them fast. I cringed every time I emailed them and got a 2-second response that cost me th...e 15-minute minimum. In case you haven't figured it out, I am NOT a fan of attorneys! But working with Robert is exactly the opposite. He gave me a price at the beginning for his complete K-1 fiancee services. It was more than fair so I agreed and paid it. DONE! No monthly invoices with "hours" I didn't remember. And the best part is that he responds in 2 seconds! I know I'm setting the bar here but it's true. He prefers quick texts to making appointments a week in advance and sending emails and having long, expensive conversations. All of our conversations, plus my emails when I had several questions at a time, were included in the one-time fee. It was BARGAIN, especially when you consider that arranging for my fiancee to get to the states was the most important thing in the rest of my life. Plus, he knows immigration law and told me what to expect every step of the way. He even assisted me in preparing another agreement that I requested and brought in a Thai attorney to advise my fiancee independently. In short, Robert is not only great at what he does but he consistently goes above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, reliability and follow-through. I simply can't recommend him highly enough. BTW, I'm not getting a penny for this review. I just hope that others like me who meet the woman of their dreams are able to find Robert to assist them and make the journey as easy and satisfying as mine was. Yesterday, my fiancee had her interview (that Robert prepared her for the day before) and they said: You are APPROVED; welcome to the USA! Many thanks, Robert, you 'da man!

Rick Star

If you're seeking a US visa for your fiancee, you need an attorney. However, not all attorneys are equal. Robert and his staff are amazing. They file US documents through thier firm in Houston, Texas and Thai forms through their office in Bangkok. They are involved through every step of the process... and there wasn't a single time that I called Robert that he didn't personally answer the phone. Last, the cost were exactly what Robert told me they would be on day one. If I could giver a 6th star, I would.

Diamond in the Rough

I approached Mr. Virasin with my immigration case. We are a same sex couple seeking a K-1 visa. We had been denied once and were facing a second denial. We received a NOID (notice of intent to deny) on the second application. We were told by many people that this is almost impossible to overturn.... I used a different attorney for our first K-1 attempt. That did not go well. I was searching for someone special this time. Someone with knowledge of the system. Not just someone who would help me complete forms or farm me out to office staff. My spouse is Thai. I am a US citizen. Mr. Virasin went to law school in the US and has a US law degree. We met him for our initial consult at his Bangkok office. I was impressed at the initial consult. He did not make ridiculous promises or sweeping claims of success. He told me what could be done and how much it would cost. We went with Mr. Virasin. He was available to us the entire time. He is friendly but at the same time very professional. He obviously knows his law. He is what I envision an excellent attorney should be. I completely trust him; and that does not come easy with me. We did get the visa (major win!) I wish we had known about Mr. Virasin when we first began. It would have saved us 3 years of stumbling through the system and giving money to the wrong people. If you hire Mr. Virasin you won't regret it. I will continue with him for adjustment of status here in the USA. No need to look anywhere else for me.
