I've worked with multiple attorneys who have handled different matters for me and by far John has gone above and beyond in his representation. I had the pleasure of having John as my attorney during the purchase of my first home. I actually started the process out with a different attorney. I found a property, got an offer accepted, reviewed and signed a contract, but when my 1st attorney lost my down-payment check, that was the end of tha...t relationship. Stressed and without many connections to lawyers on my own, I reached out to the attorney for the seller for a recommendation on someone he’d worked with previously and I was given John’s contact information. I called John immediately and explained to him my situation. He apologized for the previous lawyer’s nonsense and even matched their price which was $200 less than what he usually charges, given that the contract was already drafted and signed. Still, he advised me that it would be best for him to review the contract before reissuing the down payment, and did so early the very next morning, adding addendums in my favor. He was attentive throughout the process and answered any and all questions I had thoroughly. I know he must’ve been working on other cases and with other clients during the 3 months he helped me but he never made me feel like what I had going on wasn’t a priority, which is big since this was my biggest purchase ever. He made himself available whenever I needed to talk, by email and phone, and always responded to messages promptly. I even emailed him after closing, after he was already paid, and still he responded quickly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a great lawyer. Today I hold the keys to my dream home and I am so grateful for John’s help. I will definitely be recommending John to all my friends and family!
