Christine Moccia

Christine is a lifelong Westchester County resident and graduated with honors from Fordham Law School. She is a seasoned litigator, advocate, and negotiator. Christine has practiced in the areas of family law, divorce, division of marital assets, child support, custody, spousal support, and pension allocation for more than 15 years and has been a litigator for 28 years. She has practiced before Justices of the Supreme Court and Family Court in the counties of not only Westchester, but also Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Ulster and Sullivan. Christine's background in law and communications ensures that her clients' get the best representation in and out of Court. With her extensive court room experience, Christine is an advocate who promotes her client's legal and equitable positions.
