I had 3 claims with using your office. 1st claim was my right hand carpel tunnel surgery. At one point the settlement was at 40% scheduled loss, yes your office tried to get a little bit more being of the surgery went wrong. Then I finally agreed on the 40% schedule loss, for some odd reason the in...surance company changed their mind. Besides the fact that I had a new lawyer on my case every couple months. Your paralegals never updated the lawyers the correct information. So instead of 40% settlement it whine up being less than 22% . 2. I also had your company represent me for SSD Insurance claim. That also went wrong and by listening and being advised by your company and spoke with Joseph Romano himself I also had several lawyers appointed to my case and once again you’re paralegals never updated the information correctly. 3. I also at the time was working and had a heart situation that I went to my cardiologist which happens not to be a compasation dr. Your suggested to use one of your dr. Which totally screwed up the report had wrong dates and wrong information and insisted not to change them. So bottom line is I lived of every dime I saved that year, lost $80,000 of my money to survive and I’m still at square one working in pain and lost my savings. To be honest I would not recommend your company to anyone else I know. And to me nobody in your office took my case serious. Thanks for nothing

I advise everyone to stay away from this law firm. Lawyers are careless and never read any thing about your case or even listen to your concerns. When I retained this law firm, one of the lawyers sent workers comp board false information about me as if he was working hand in hand with the defense tea...m. When the deposition of the defense doctor was shefuled, I sent them notes about the exam noting some false statements on the part of IME doctor only to learn later on that they never read those notes or even forwarded them to the deposing attorney. That is to say, a crucial part of the case- deposition- is largely based on improvisation, speculation and self-saficient behavior.

I attained their legal services to apeal a social security benifit denial. It took over 18 months to take action then finally I got good news I won my apeal they were awarded $800 dollars . And I never received a dime 11 months after the fact they are telling me they did their job go somewhere else. ...Because they know no one will touch the case without receiving compensation which they already received and they can do nothing about it s.s. always takes their time which is all lies when I spoke to another lawyer who is trying to help me so please skip over this law firm unless you want lies,avoidance and they already did their job on paper by winning even though you yet to receive any compensation. They are the worst lawyer firm I ever dealt with.

My Name Is Keith. I will tell you how bad This so called "law office" is !! I had hired & then fired them 1 year latter ( I was stupid, I giving them to many chances, after they screwed up!! Because every time they insure me they would fix THERE mistakes but never did!!). I just don't want any one... else to have to suffer from Joseph A. Romano "Law office". They did a poor unprofessional job, took weeks to return calls, ignore complaints, my case is 95% handled by there Paralegals, & I Never have same person as Lawyer at any hearing or when I needed to ask questions.. So they know nothing about your case except what is in the file... That's if the paralegal or other Lawyer remembered to up date info in computer or file.. My case was a supper easy work comp case.. I was Hit by a Truck as Standing ( 3rd party hit me) my Neck broken I had 2 neck fusion operation (no Thanks to This law office) this office lost DR reports, police reports, evidence ect. This after I went and got all this stuff. Because they said, I had to Contact my DR's, to get my Reports "it's not there job " to collect my DR reports" I did all the foot work because Joseph A Romano all ways Refused to do it. There screw ups,, delayed my medical treatments and added stress to my pain. This law firm was nothing but problems & extra work for me ... It's a sin I did not Fire Them Sooner.. Any way I had a Civil case from truck running at same time with a Great law Firm ( they don't do work comp) .. But just to show how strong & easy my work comp case was. My Real Lawyers that handled the civil part, (NOT Joseph A Romano) !!!! got me a multi million $ settlement before trial. & I never had to do nothing but Answer Questions my lawyer asked, they did every thing from filling out forms ect. you named it.. So just look around you can find good lawyers just This firm (Joseph A Romano ) is not one of them.!!!!!!! Hope you don't hire them or be treated the way I was by your Workers Comp or Disability lawyers!!!! . FYI -- the fact I put my Name & Phone # shows it's the Truth every word.. I keep all my emails I sent them.... So I can prove every word... And if This "Law Office" cared about the job there workers do or did ... The Owner Would call ME !!!!!!
