I had 3 claims with using your office. 1st claim was my right hand carpel tunnel surgery. At one point the settlement was at 40% scheduled loss, yes your office tried to get a little bit more being of the surgery went wrong. Then I finally agreed on the 40% schedule loss, for some odd reason the in...surance company changed their mind. Besides the fact that I had a new lawyer on my case every couple months. Your paralegals never updated the lawyers the correct information. So instead of 40% settlement it whine up being less than 22% . 2. I also had your company represent me for SSD Insurance claim. That also went wrong and by listening and being advised by your company and spoke with Joseph Romano himself I also had several lawyers appointed to my case and once again you’re paralegals never updated the information correctly. 3. I also at the time was working and had a heart situation that I went to my cardiologist which happens not to be a compasation dr. Your suggested to use one of your dr. Which totally screwed up the report had wrong dates and wrong information and insisted not to change them. So bottom line is I lived of every dime I saved that year, lost $80,000 of my money to survive and I’m still at square one working in pain and lost my savings. To be honest I would not recommend your company to anyone else I know. And to me nobody in your office took my case serious. Thanks for nothing

I am very pleased by this law firm I have used this law firm on 2 topics one was workers comp were I got injured on a construction site in NYC and then the 2nd claim was disability social security were I am NOT able to go back to work with the injuries I recently sustained from my accident. Mr Roman...o and his staff worked diligently from beginning reassuring me on outcomes keeping me informed on progress and always helping when I needed advice for tough life changing decisions this firm you want on your side NO DOUBT. They are simply the best and a hard working bunch no need to look anywhere else you will be satisfied with the outcome and work this firm does for you.

Worst legal team I have ever worked with. My opinion....stay far away. From start to finish this law firm showed little interest in my case. Knew nothing about it even at the time of trial. Never followed simple standards of conduct/ethics, doesn't return calls or emails and has showed little concern... for clients questions or concerns. All they need is Budd Fox and this place in my opinion would be chop shop of the day with the most fitting slogan...Churn and Burn!! Find another law firm. Cases are long and take a lot of work. Don't have all of that wasted by your own team not doing what's needed to win your case. Too many attorneys out there. This one.... did me as wrong as it gets! When you feel you could of fought a better case in court yourself, you know you made a mistake. Don't make the same one.....

I found this law firm online when my original attorney did not care for my case in a professional manner. And I gave the original law firm two chances. I had a rather complicated SSDI case and Joseph A. Romano was with me every step of the way. How it worked for me is that I earned the "hard way" t...hat I had to take a proactive part in the process , it isn't a matter of hiring an attorney and then resting on your laurels. This law firm was patient, responsive, and professional. We worked as a team and the outcome was "favorable " meaning , after waiting nearly two years for a hearing , after a denial I had the first hearing and the Judge assigned to my case had a reputation for being really tough. Tough he was! I had to go for a second hearing! This law firm was wonderful in calming my nerves and gave me the advice I needed to go and get my medical evidence. At the second hearing, my attorney was JuJu Thomas. I lucked out with Mr. Thomas, he was just as tough an advocate for me as the Judge was in trying to find any way to deny my claim. In the end , the Judge relented and approved me then and there. The retroactive was not what we wanted but we were elated at the outcome. Mr. Thomas was the tough advocate I needed for this matter. I highly recommend this law firm ! The only thing I advise is working with the firm and keeping in close touch with your assigned paralegal. Wonderful job , Mr. Thomas and Ms. Rose ( my paralegal) . I was nearly homeless and you made a world of difference in my life.
