My fiancé and I used Kenneth Tiangco to close on a condo. My fiancé had used him previously, as well as his family. I knew Ken was great from everything they had to say about him but it was an absolute pleasure getting to work with Ken myself! Ken always made himself available to me when I needed to ...talk things through with him. He answered my questions & explained things so thoroughly in a way I could totally understand. Ken made helpful recommendations to us too, for example reviewing the CO-OP financials with our accountant before signing the contract. Prior to the closing Ken gave us explicit direction on all the payments owed and why. I was so comfortable at the closing because, again Ken explained things so clearly in a way I could understand. He was able to or...ganize the closing before we had to move out of our apartment which involved coordinating the schedules of half dozen already booked parties.
