Ken handled the closing of an apartment in NYC for which I held the woman's power of attorney. This was not an easy closing as expected as their were outstanding NYC DOB issues, but Ken was on top of things, helpful throughout the four months it took to correct things and stayed on top of it all. M...ost improtantly, Ken valued my time and provided detailed directions in advance so I was well prepared with the appropriate documentation and forms associated with signing as POA, closing out the morgage, turning off conED etc etc. I will be using him again when I sell the remainder of the real estate she owned

Ken came recommended to us by our real estate agent. We used him for the sale of our house and he did such a great job, we hired him again to purchase our new house a few months later. We would recommend Ken in a heart beat to anyone selling or buying a house. Ken was meticulous and very consult...ative as we sold our house - he held our hand each step of the way as this was our first experience selling a house. Ken was always prompt with his email resonses and was always willing to get on the phone with us and explain each step of the process, make recommendations and guide us to the best choice. It was very comforting to know that we had someone looking out for us. When we bought our new house, Ken again very thorough, uncovering all of the details and covenants regarding the property. Again, guiding us through the processes here and making sure we were taken care of. Ken made it easy in the age of COVID to close on each occasion using Power of Attorney and promptly sending us all of the relevant documentation thereafter.

Ken did a great job handling the sale of my home. He and his staff were meticulous and careful with regards to COVID-19, handling transactions at a distance and in the parking lot of his office. Because of the pandemic I executed a Power of Attorney with him so I did not have to physically be presen...t The buyers of my home were very sluggish and did not always follow legal custom and procedures, but Ken managed to guide them through the process and get the closing done on time. I will certainly call Ken when I buy my new place.

Ken handled the closing for the sale of our house. Because of COVID restrictions, everything was done via Power of Attorney and we closed without a hitch. We are relocating to the US and Ken was referred to us to help oversee our home closing process. From the beginnging Ken made everything very easy for us - from executing the Power of Attorney, keeping us updated on the processes from contract closing (and everything in between), and providing us ge...nuine advise/items to consider. He made himself availbe to address any of our questions - or to talk via phone as/when needed (given we are not yet in the US). In our case - with relocating back to the US - he also provided some valuable advice and guidance on specific contract verbiage and help make us comfortable with signing off on the overall deal.
