Ken handled the sale of my home in Westchester County, NY. I currently live in California which created logistical and legal challenges. The real challenge was the degree of difficulty posed by the purchasers. Most real estate transactions hit a bump or two along the way. I have worked with Ken o...ver 7 years and he has handled every bump with calm and reassurance. That said, this most recent sale was a non-stop barrage of demands, both large and small. One demand was so obscure that not one person at my local lender (Chase Bank) had heard of it. It was a rare and complicated mechanism the buyers wanted me to employ so they could avoid real estate taxes, Ken's experience is very broad and he had experience with it in commercial NYC real estate transactions. He guided me through this multi- step process, as well as all the other roadblocks. Ken has always proven responsive and professional. What I most appreciate is his supportive nature and his skill in helping me keep my sense of humor. No small feat in real estate transactions. Highly recommend Ken.

My fiancé and I used Kenneth Tiangco to close on a condo. My fiancé had used him previously, as well as his family. Ken Tiangco was excellent for our home purchase. During COVID, everything was more challenging as a buyer. Ken was always available and patient when explaining things to us, and during the negotiations with the difficult sellers. On closing day, he was calm, professional, organized. He was able to or...ganize the closing before we had to move out of our apartment which involved coordinating the schedules of half dozen already booked parties. He had our backs the entire time and we enjoyed working with him very much.

We have closed our purchase last week after a lengthy 2-months process that involved an overseas seller and a neighbor inappropriate possession issue. Ken was both our and the bank's attorney. He stayed on top everything, almost always responded to email inquiries immediately no matter how late in th...e day, and never put any negativity or pressure to the process. We were able to get the bank approval in a matter of 9 business days, partly thanks to him, and the encroachment issue solved. We'd highly recommend Ken to our friends.
