Kenneth Thomas Tiangco

My fiancé and I used Kenneth Tiangco to close on a condo. My fiancé had used him previously, as well as his family. I knew Ken was great from everything they had to say about him but it was an absolute pleasure getting to work with Ken myself! Ken always made himself available to me when I needed to ...talk things through with him. He answered my questions & explained things so thoroughly in a way I could totally understand. Ken made helpful recommendations to us too, for example reviewing the CO-OP financials with our accountant before signing the contract. Prior to the closing Ken gave us explicit direction on all the payments owed and why. I was so comfortable at the closing because, again Ken explained things so clearly in a way I could understand. We felt very educated on all the documents we were signing and truly knew what was going on. Hire Kenneth Tiangco! We will continue to use him in the future for all our attorney needs, too!

Ken Tiangco was excellent for our home purchase. During COVID, everything was more challenging as a buyer. Ken was always available and patient when explaining things to us, and during the negotiations with the difficult sellers. On closing day, he was calm, professional, organized. He was able to or...ganize the closing before we had to move out of our apartment which involved coordinating the schedules of half dozen already booked parties. He had our backs the entire time and we enjoyed working with him very much.

We are relocating to the US and Ken was referred to us to help oversee our home closing process. From the beginnging Ken made everything very easy for us - from executing the Power of Attorney, keeping us updated on the processes from contract closing (and everything in between), and providing us ge...nuine advise/items to consider. He made himself availbe to address any of our questions - or to talk via phone as/when needed (given we are not yet in the US). In our case - with relocating back to the US - he also provided some valuable advice and guidance on specific contract verbiage and help make us comfortable with signing off on the overall deal. Would definitely recommend Ken to anyone looking to purchase a home/property. We can't thank him enough!
