Ken handled the closing of an apartment in NYC for which I held the woman's power of attorney. This was not an easy closing as expected as their were outstanding NYC DOB issues, but Ken was on top of things, helpful throughout the four months it took to correct things and stayed on top of it all. M...ost improtantly, Ken valued my time and provided detailed directions in advance so I was well prepared with the appropriate documentation and forms associated with signing as POA, closing out the morgage, turning off conED etc etc. I will be using him again when I sell the remainder of the real estate she owned

Our first time buying a house wasn't without a thousand questions. Ken always made himself available to answer even the smallest question in extensive detail. The day of our closing, we had all the papers signed by early afternoon. We were waiting on a wire transfer to come through in order to get ...our keys. Ken waited with us in a nearly empty attorney's office for over 3 hours until the wire transfer cleared so we could go home as homeowners. Get Ken in your corner.

We are glad we did our research and got the person who ended up working hard for us, was available for us, whose staff were helpful through what is a stressful process, who took the time to explain the steps (and repeated as necessary for me), who double and ac...tually triple checked documents that needed an a.k.a. due to a spelling error on the original Co-op shares, and were persistent to get results and a target closing with one of the uncommunicative firms in Westchester. To top it off, Ken is also just as personable as the rest of the staff in the office. I was always able to feel I wasn't just another client or a bother when speaking with him. Ken will make you at ease with these stressful parts because he'll take care of it.
