Ken Tiangco was excellent for our home purchase. During COVID, everything was more challenging as a buyer. Ken was always available and patient when explaining things to us, and during the negotiations with the difficult sellers. On closing day, he was calm, professional, organized. He was able to or...ganize the closing before we had to move out of our apartment which involved coordinating the schedules of half dozen already booked parties. He had our backs the entire time and we enjoyed working with him very much.

Ken provided excellent support in our buying a home in NY while we were living in CA. We had no knowledge of the local process or requirements and he guided us through patiently and clearly. Our mortgage was via Wells Fargo who failed in their own processes to deliver when needed most and Ken got rig...ht on it to ensure we closed on time. He also answered odd questions here and there re: water and electricity connections and re: Trusts.
