Knowledgeable and Trustable

Very Calming
When what was supposed to be a simple sale got a little bit complicated, Ken was super helpful in keeping me calm by explaining what was happening every step of the way and helping me understand what to worry about and what wasn't worth the worry. Very responsive and attentive.
