We are glad we did our research and got the person who ended up working hard for us, was available for us, whose staff were helpful through what is a stressful process, who took the time to explain the steps (and repeated as necessary for me), who double and ac...tually triple checked documents that needed an a.k.a. due to a spelling error on the original Co-op shares, and were persistent to get results and a target closing with one of the uncommunicative firms in Westchester. To top it off, Ken is also just as personable as the rest of the staff in the office. I was always able to feel I wasn't just another client or a bother when speaking with him. Ken will make you at ease with these stressful parts because he'll take care of it.

Ken was meticulous and very consult...ative as we sold our house - he held our hand each step of the way as this was our first experience selling a house. Ken was always prompt with his email resonses and was always willing to get on the phone with us and explain each step of the process, make recommendations and guide us to the best choice. It was very comforting to know that we had someone looking out for us. When we bought our new house, Ken again very thorough, uncovering all of the details and covenants regarding the property. Again, guiding us through the processes here and making sure we were taken care of. Ken made it easy in the age of COVID to close on each occasion using Power of Attorney and promptly sending us all of the relevant documentation thereafter.

Ken Tiangco was excellent for our home purchase. During COVID, everything was more challenging as a buyer. Ken was always available and patient when explaining things to us, and during the negotiations with the difficult sellers. On closing day, he was calm, professional, organized. He was able to or...ganize the closing before we had to move out of our apartment which involved coordinating the schedules of half dozen already booked parties. He had our backs the entire time and we enjoyed working with him very much.

Ken did a very nice job preparing all the necessary papers for closing of our property in NYC. We live in California so we were unable to attend the closing and Ken was able to take care of all the details and close without a problem.
