Ken handled the closing of an apartment in NYC for which I held the woman's power of attorney. This was not an easy closing as expected as their were outstanding NYC DOB issues, but Ken was on top of things, helpful throughout the four months it took to correct things and stayed on top of it all. M...ost improtantly, Ken valued my time and provided detailed directions in advance so I was well prepared with the appropriate documentation and forms associated with signing as POA, closing out the morgage, turning off conED etc etc. I will be using him again when I sell the remainder of the real estate she owned

The buyer’s attorney was unable to submit the documents needed to transfer ownership of the property. Ken and his team took on this responsibility of the buyer’s attorney to ensure the closing date would not be delayed. At closing, the the buyer sought to negotiate new terms prior to signing the c...losing documents. Ken took be aside to explain the situation and discuss my options. Ken helped me to choose the option that was most beneficial.
