Ken came recommended to us by our real estate agent. We used him for the sale of our house and he did such a great job, we hired him again to purchase our new house a few months later. Ken was meticulous and very consult...ative as we sold our house - he held our hand each step of the way as this was our first experience selling a house. Ken was always prompt with his email resonses and was always willing to get on the phone with us and explain each step of the process, make recommendations and guide us to the best choice. It was very comforting to know that we had someone looking out for us. When we bought our new house, Ken again very thorough, uncovering all of the details and covenants regarding the property. Again, guiding us through the processes here and making sure we were taken care of. Ken made it easy in the age of COVID to close on each occasion using Power of Attorney and promptly sending us all of the relevant documentation thereafter.

Ken did a great job handling the sale of my home. He and his staff were meticulous and careful with regards to COVID-19, handling transactions at a distance and in the parking lot of his office. Because of the pandemic I executed a Power of Attorney with him so I did not have to physically be presen...t The buyers of my home were very sluggish and did not always follow legal custom and procedures, but Ken managed to guide them through the process and get the closing done on time. I will certainly call Ken when I buy my new place.

We were a first time home buyer, so we relied heavily on Ken's experience. He was proactive, efficient and very detail-oriented. One example...we had two neighbors with fences that encroached on our property. While he didn't know that, his recommendation to do a full property survey allowed us to cat...ch this and remediate.
