We are relocating to the US and Ken was referred to us to help oversee our home closing process. From the beginnging Ken made everything very easy for us - from executing the Power of Attorney, keeping us updated on the processes from contract closing (and everything in between), and providing us ge...nuine advise/items to consider. He made himself availbe to address any of our questions - or to talk via phone as/when needed (given we are not yet in the US). In our case - with relocating back to the US - he also provided some valuable advice and guidance on specific contract verbiage and help make us comfortable with signing off on the overall deal.
