Biography
Personal injury and medical malpractice cases are inherently difficult as a loved one has been seriously injured or has passed away because of someone's negligence or a physician's malpractice. No one wishes this situation on anyone. However, if you or your family find themselves in this awful situation, you need an attorney and law firm that focuses on these cases and who will guide you through the process and zealously represent you.
I only litigate personal injury/medical malpractice cases and work tirelessly for my clients, leaving no stone unturned. I personally have worked on cases that have resulted in many multi-million dollar settlements and litigated/assisted trial counsel on a case that resulted in a historic $135 million dollar verdict.
In 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, I was selected by Superlawyers as a New York Metro Rising Star for Plaintiff Medical Malpractice. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
