Richard represented us in the purchase of our first home. We purchased when the market was becoming unpredictable, so we were anxious clients. I have an investment apartment in Yonkers. The tenants moved in at the beginning of this year were professional tenants. Background check was not done properly. They have been sued for 11 times in the past for non-payment. I brought them to court for months without any progress. I contacted Mr. ...McGlynn. With a very short notice, he took over the case and had the tenants evicted in 10 days. During which, the tenants went to court to ask for extension. Mr McGlynn happened to be there and he took the matter in hand and appeared on the court. As the result, the tenant's request was rejected by the court. Throughout the course, Mr. McGlynn acted professionally, effectively and is very trustworthy. He did not leave any ambiguity and space for the defendants. He was responsive and kept me fully informed. He takes pride on what he is doing. I am highly recommending McGlynn without any reservation.
