Top of his profession
Jack Malley did a fantastic job representing me on a discrimination claim. He communicated with me regularly throughout the process, listened to my concerns and got me to a resolution I was very happy with. Jack was always available if I had a question, early in the morning, late at night, and even on weekends. He always made it feel like my case was his priority. I definitely recommend him.

Litigation Attorney | Aug 04
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
".I first met Jack a little over 10 years ago. At the time, we were adversaries on a highly contested and complex real estate litigation matter. Over the course of the litigation, Jack and I developed a mutual respect for each other that has since turned into one of my most valued friendships. His ability to remain professional while at the same time zealously advocating for his client is one of the many characteristics that makes him a credit to our profession. That is second only to his knowledge of the law and a trait that only enhances his skills as a litigator and negotiator."

He is practical but aggressive when it makes sense. His combination of legal knowledge and caring about his clients has few equals."
