Cesar Zuniga

Attorney Zuniga is licensed to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey and the United States District Court (Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York).  He has 17 years of experience as an attorney in varied areas of the law. He has handled thousands of court appearances and legal matters for clients successfully. He is currently accepting calls from clients requiring assistance on personal injury matters, matrimonial matters, real estate closings and wills and estates.

Cesar received his bachelor's degree from Manhattan College in 2000 graduating magna cum laude where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.  Mr. Zuniga attended Pace University School of Law in White Plains where he graduated in 2003 with cum laude honors.  Cesar interned for a Federal District Court Judge in the Southern District of New York during law school.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Zuniga practiced law at several insurance defense and general practice firms where he prepared and argued motions, conducted examinations under oath and depositions, attended arbitrations, attended mediations, and conducted trials.  He has represented clients in Civil Court, Landlord Tenant Court, Small Claims Court, Supreme Court, Family Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court and Federal District Court.  

Mr. Zuniga is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Hispanic National Bar Association. He is an avid runner and raced in the New York City Marathon and New York City Half Marathon on multiple occassions.
