Tatyana Redko

Tatyana Redko represents insurers and self-insured employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense in New York and New Jersey, where she regularly appears in support of her clients before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board and in New Jersey venues such as the state's Workers’ Compensation Court and Superior Court. Tatyana’s extensive experience includes conducting direct and cross-examinations of doctors and other medical professionals in depositions involving a wide range of issues, including ongoing disability, permanency, and need for treatment. For each client, Tatyana — who works on each matter from inception through disposition — prepares meticulous case litigation plans, settlement evaluations, and recommendations for case management. She is fluent in Russian.
