Jonathan Paul Arfa

Jonathan P. Arfa, has been a labor and employment law attorney for more than 30 years. He is a graduate of Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Arfa represents clients before all New York State and Federal Courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York City Commission on Human Rights, the American Arbitration Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) and the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Arfa’s law practice includes counseling of clients and representation in litigation and arbitration in cases involving wrongful termination, failure to pay earned compensation, bonus disputes, and litigation involving discrimination (including sexual harassment), breach of contract, restrictive covenants (non-competes), whistle blower and related employment matters. Mr. Arfa is also actively involved in representing clients with the drafting and preparation of employment contracts and separation agreements.
