Emily Pietromonaco Kahn

Emily P. Kahn is a Partner at Walsh & Amicucci LLP, practicing exclusively in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration and litigation, special needs and elder law planning, and guardianship. Ms. Kahn serves on the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Westchester County Bar Association and on the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association. She provides pro bono services to Legal Services of the Hudson Valley and to a variety of individuals in Surrogate’s Court proceedings as Guardian ad Litem. She frequently works with the judiciary to organize continuing legal education courses, pro bono opportunities and social events for young professionals, and lectures for bar associations, wealth management firms and municipal associations in the New York City area.

Ms. Kahn previously served on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association, on the Board of Directors of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association Foundation, Inc., and as Chair of the New Lawyers Section of the Westchester County Bar Association.

Prior to being named Partner, Ms. Kahn worked at Walsh & Amicucci LLP as a Law Clerk for two years and as an Associate for eight years. She holds a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
