Personal Injury lawyer

Bruce gave me the impression that I had a valid case. However, in the end he did not carry through. I felt that he gave me false hope and led me on. Sometimes he seemed to think I had enough proof for my injury. Other times he sounded discouraging. He was not consistent. I waited and kept up ...with my responsibilities, sending in signed affidavits that supported my injury case. I sent addresses and phone numbers of physicians who examined and treated me for my injury. I signed papers and I sent journals from my personal life at Bruce’s request. Finally, due to repeated negative comments that Bruce made about me not having enough proof of my injury, I wrote an e-mail stating that I was withdrawing my case. He called me immediately, strongly advising me to hang in there. He stressed his support and his desire to meet me. After discussing it with my husband, I decided to let Bruce reinstate my case and schedule a hearing. During the hearing Bruce seemed to support me. Afterward, he indicated that she was ready to take more steps to complete my case. However, only one call was made to check with a witness from my family regarding their knowledge of my injury. I heard nothing about the judges decision. I called and talked to Christian Martinez a few times. He never had any definite idea about what was being done. He was friendly but not positive or informative about my case. After nearly a year, I made another call and was patched through to Bruce. Bruce criticized me again, stating that my journals were not helpful and did not have enough entries to support my vaccine injury. He said the judge would be reviewing my case and would probably not rule in favor of a compensation for my arm injury following the vaccine. I have yet to hear from the judge. And Bruce has not called or written.
